Students must complete a Google Form, this will be sent to them via the whole academy classrooms.

The student completes the form and acknowledges consent

You will need the permission of your parent/guardian to provide their email address, and they will receive an email to confirm that they wish to receive these summaries.

An email invitation is sent to the guardian

The guardian confirms they want to receive email summaries by clicking link in the message they receive.

This will allow your parents/carers to receive an email summarising work that has been set for you along with any due dates.

If students want to add multiple guardians, they can complete the Google Form more than once

Students can have up to 5 pending invitations and 20 guardians assigned to their account in total

Students cannot invite other students to be their guardian (i.e. @student.outwood.com addresses)
