Healthy Home Learning

Here you will find tips on how to structure your day and make home learning healthy, realistic and progressive.

  • Enjoy a healthy and balanced diet

  • Take regular short breaks (Every 30 mins)

  • Plan for longer breaks every three hours

  • Take excersie (even if its a short walk around your garden)

  • Get fresh air and drink at least 2 litres of water a day

  • Don't revise / work after 8pm

  • Go to bed at a 'normal' time so you get at least 9 hours sleep
