Here you will find tips on how to structure your day and make home learning healthy, realistic and progressive.
Enjoy a healthy and balanced diet
Take regular short breaks (Every 30 mins)
Plan for longer breaks every three hours
Take excersie (even if its a short walk around your garden)
Get fresh air and drink at least 2 litres of water a day
Don't revise / work after 8pm
Go to bed at a 'normal' time so you get at least 9 hours sleep
